Ventajas
Benefits are up to par with many other companies, better than most in my past so i may be a bit bias. Health is good, paid time off is great, company outings are fantastic with things such as summer events like a boat cruise (with an open bar / PREMIUM SPIRITS!!), Christmas parties as well. I came from a company that never did anything like this No overbearing managers breathing down your neck, Not a lot of supervision in general, So as long as you can self police yourself and count on your Gov. supervisor to task you appropriately its great. CEO seems like a great guy, he seems to really care about the company and the employees, defiantly good vibes from him for sure as well as most management staff.
