People react due to fear as opposed to working proactively. Set in their ways and management do not listen. Disempowering when people who can add value get shot down by those who shout the loudest or intentional excluded. People spend time on creative ways hide bad results rather focus on ways to fix the problem. A lot of time and effort wasted on appeasing senior management on tick box exercises as opposed to anything meaningful. Poor change management and resulting remediation is a constant embarrassment.
