Ventajas
I really liked support from the team, they are always responsive, respective and helped me to find my two projects relatively quickly (first in a week, second in two weeks). The developer team tries to update platform regularly, and Proxify team organizes different events to keep people updated. Also, I have never had any problems with payments.
Desventajas
Finding a job could be a challenge sometimes, so it is better to keep some cash aside to make that wait bearable.
