Ventajas

The recruiting team is awesome, the hardest working group I've ever met.

Desventajas

They will tell you at the interview that you can make well over 6 figures if you work hard. It is a fact, only 4 people (all managers) made over 100k in 2010 and they've been with the company for over 8 years. Most recruiters make under 40k and live off their draw (and savings) for at least 2-4 years before they start paying back their draw and break even. All managers are male, 90% of recruiters are female. Recruiters & managers work in a bull-pen cubicle area together. Managers will yell at recruiters in front of everyone (usually w/o first verifying their information). No worklife balance. No vaca/sick time because it's 100% commission-based income. They strongly urge people to work past business hours, and make it mandatory every Tuesday and every other Thursday that you work late.

Ventajas

Prosum really cares about their people, I enjoyed working there and they did a great job building a strong culture.

Desventajas

They closed their office down so everything is remote. I enjoyed having the ability to come into the office when they were open.
