      Ventajas

      * Great people whom have been in the business for years * Loyal customer base * Great if you do not like changes . Stable and steady. Do not have to learn anything fancy. * Good for Linux admins

      Desventajas

      * Technical designs are of early 90s . Hasn't changed anything in what they call cloud infrastructure (Basic virtualization) or BI reporting (basic) * High friction for any changes from people and process * Low pay * You will need to learn things for yourself if you are looking out ,as the software, products , database , script based ETLs , BI Stack they use are not even relevant in the market resulting long tenures

      Ventajas

      The company empowers its' employees to wear multiple hats and have a say so in product development and strategy. Management pays well and seeks long term results with an employee focus. Progressive vision for expansion and management practices - e.g. getting rid of the annual review (a growing best practice that proves reviews can be demotivating).

      Desventajas

      Pronto Software has been around for over 30 years and as a result has some legacy technology that makes it a bit slower to react to market developments.
