True leadership has gone - now management is not listening: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Empleado anónimo en Promed

I've worked here for 5 years and have sadly seen the break down of leadership in Promed. The owners of the business repeatedly make poor decisions in appointing the wrong person to run the business. We now have an inexperienced GM who is not listening to feedback, even escalating my issues hasnt worked. A leader that is blind to whats actually going on. There is a good team here who work very hard but are now feeling the pain with the constant change in sales tactics. Too many "telling" us what to do, we all are confused. Management team doing their own thing without questions and openly talking behind others. Everyone looks stressed, if it wasn't for the bills we wouldnt be here.
