Nice to be able to work from home if I have to

Tech support is treated like the bottom of the pyramid, but we are the ones who deal with the dealers the most. Our concerns don’t hold weight and changes are not made that benefit everyone equally. Understaffed but still expected to be able to perform at 100%

Ventajas

I’ve loved how much the company is bought in on making great products and services. There’s a ton of opportunity to grow and learn new things. Access control is far from what I thought I’d be doing for work, but it’s been an incredible journey learning the ins and outs. I love the community that we have, and the benefits are great.

Desventajas

-Department cliques at times, due to it being a smaller company.
