Ventajas

Flexibility, small organization with decent people

Desventajas

No structure, no vision, no employee-centricity. No autonomy, you can't decide what to do. Founders will force you to do things they feel are right and the way they feel it is right. When it doesn't work out, which is 100% of times, they will blame it on you. ProcDNA is pseudo ZS where founders try to copy everything from ZS, while not realising that they don't have the capability to copy properly. Bonuses and increments are random. Fairness of process or visibility of performance metric is lacking. You might deliver a $1M project but get paid less than someone who was unstaffed during the entire cycle.

Ventajas

The people here are really nice and the work feels stable

Desventajas

A lot of ProcDNA is indian so if you aren't indian, you might feel left out.
