Overall friendly people at branch level The system keeps you very organised I loved my job (at first)

I am a good worker but I could not work in that environment and I feel 99% of recruiters would also agree with me! You have to work like a robot and Management/Directors are very toxic Although I was succeeding on my desk, considering the short time I had been there, the whole team was regularly penalised for not making pointless outbound calls to clients that either do not use agency, or the same clients over and over again which gets call volume up yes… however also loses clients interest due to annoyance, You hit your target for calls one day and the next it is raised by 20+ more calls! NO TIME TO DO YOUR ACTUAL JOB Every hour you are told how many calls you have completed No appreciation, you are just a number on a calls chart Not the same job you think you are going into The way candidates were talked about wasn’t professional

Ran for proactive based in Bristol Excellent agency found me work very fast and was always at the end of the phone when needed 100% recommend these guys pay is a great rate and always on time, works regular and they respect you as a driver which in the industry it is very well known a lot of others just treat you as a bum on a seat Thank you for everything Again I 100% recommend proactive an outstanding recruitment agency
