      Ventajas

      Heavily involved in the surrounding communities with various activities and sponsorships. Really cares about their customers! Also they now celebrate ALL federal holidays! And an VERY generous 401k match!

      Desventajas

      sometimes Saturdays are required (rotating basis)

      Your co-workers are family here. People care. We try to help our customers with focused service with a heart. Lot's of job growth and promotion within.

      -no longer working there -some of the people there were great

      Desventajas

      -pay is way too low -favoritism is apparent -they make poor business decisions when it comes to the people they retain/hire -expect no benefits if you’re a college student employee -very displeased with HR management
