Unfortunately, the communication at the company is not great. It's difficult to get anything done, I was given projects that would be given up on half through by the head of the company based on whims sometimes. It's run by a family which can be an asset but I think in this case it doesn't support the work culture. A lot of the team members are family and often I would butt heads with the head of CMI, their sister company. He could be a hot head. Their knowledge of tech is minimal as well. It feels a little old fashioned in the way they do things. They don't digitize anything and it's a bit disorganized because of this. I was surprised to learn that they didn't have a CRM considering most of their business is done through consistent client orders. There was also no standard way of doing things, it felt like every person did the same task differently which made it difficult having to work with a lot of departments and even the people in the same department just due to no standard practices being in place.
