Ventajas
- Meaningful work: tech learning is highly relevant and in demand right now; I have personally enhanced my tech capabilities a lot since working here - Autonomy & exposure: with the past turbulent years, the company has also pivoted a lot throughout, the rapid changes, though hard to adapt at times, has created a lot of exposure and growth for me, which is something I am looking for at this stage of my career - Collaborative environment: team members are all kind and driven, and everyone is ready to help and support others - Great perks & benefits: having an in-house coffee place was very nice, office also in a prime location, free joining of tech training is still my favorite
Desventajas
- Growing pains, but it still sucks: this is a challenging time to run a business in HK, let alone a fast growing one; growing pains are real but I do feel like things are slowly getting smoother - Struggling between growth and scale: hard to balance between being very flexible and scaling products!
