+great work life balance - working out during the day is encouraged at all levels +great people - everyone at Precor, from senior management to the production staff, is welcoming and great to work with. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and help out to get things done. +collaborative teams-even though corporate is understaffed, everyone is wiling to lend a hand, beyond their responsibilities, to get projects done
Desventajas
+the facilities/location - this location is out of the way within woodinville (you have to drive to get to the woodinville town center) and its a trek from the Seattle area. The facilities are outdated and overcrowded (stains on carpet, old furniture, cramped, no windows) +top down management - orders come from the top, down. Sometimes demands are made from the top without thought as to how it will affect the teams that are executing on said demand +understaffed-Precor is trying to save budget, but some departments are sorely understaffed, meaning that everyone is overworked and stretched beyond their limits/pay grades
