Ventajas
Depending on the account you're given, you'll receive a bonus. But they don't tell you how the bonuses work nor are you given any guides as to what is actually assessed in determining your "bonus". If the overall company does well then you might receive more incentives. Good place to get your feet wet then get out.
Desventajas
(The timeline of the previous 3 posters are a bit suspicious.) Upper management and corporate seem to be in a constant power grab and undermining each other. There is a "training course" but it doesn't prepare you for what you'll need to know. 99% of the job is memory intensive and you'll have learn and memorize as you go. ***Document everything you do and everything that's told to you by your manager and HR. They won't hesitate to lie and practice shady behaviors.*** If you're at a branch, there's very low opportunities for upward mobility much less a promotion/title change.
