Ventajas

Friendly and fun lab environment, potlucks and events often, recently renovated spaces, office park is nice with outdoor seating, work was rewarding

Desventajas

Management can be a little cold at times, the work subject is regulated so it's stressful by nature, customer problems sometimes became my problem when they shouldn't have, accessioner is expected to answer questions about testing for patients

Ventajas

Nothing but if you like mess, feel free to work there!

Desventajas

Almost everything! low pay rate, no raise, almost no benefit, no discipline, nonorganized workflow, no clarity, not keeping promises (even to what they mention in the offer letter!!!), giving fake promises to the employees, lack of management, very high employee turnover rate (People quitting left and right), and lack of knowledge about their industry's rules, codes, and policies (Even about their company)! I have not seen any firm like this throughout my career. It is a big mess and the management does not know what they are doing!
