      I was join as trainee - QA in company, and There have lots of stuff to explore and learn different type of domain projects - Ecommerce, Health, Banking, and govt. as well. 1 1. Good projects and nice (US, Uk) clients in a company 2. Learn and explore lot of things. You get to work on challenging tasks with latest technologies 3. Helping team members always there for support 4. Communication with seniors is super easy, always experienced insights and new thoughts 5. Brings accountability at early stage which helps you grow as a leader 6. Flexible timings

      Desventajas

      1. Very high paced culture not for sloths. 2. Sometimes Aggressive towards the work.

      Ventajas

      It is a small company but vey good company. Nature of upper management is very good. Working time is very good. I saw many small companies but any small company provide so much facilities. There was free lunch. Mostly festivals are celebrated. Parties are also given on some festivals. you can enjoy your professional life. Best learning platform for fresher. Company gives salary at time.

      Desventajas

      I did not find any negative point.

      nothing to say firstly they take interview & make you feel that you are selected and after that at a time of salary discussion they start disrespecting the candidate. for negotiating.

      Desventajas

      wont go again in the company.
