Ventajas

1. Worked with 1-2 good managers who left too early, obviously because they found better opportunities elsewhere.

Desventajas

1. Management only rewards the sales team for the targets they can achieve 2. Working environment and demands have become way too harsh but demands on time have increased with very low ROI. 3. You will be earning peanuts, unless if you are the 1% who work with very good managers. 4. Unreasonable working hours if your manager is constantly pandering to and encouraging unreasonable client demands (which is quite typical for 90% of managers).

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry and quite surprised to hear about this experience. As to the points raised here: 1. Management only rewards the sales team for the targets they can achieve: We certainly incentivize our sales reps, as most organizations do, but we also offer incentives to other members of our organization too. Project managers as well as research teams are awarded extra compensation for exceptional work. 2. Working environment and demands have become way too harsh but demands on time have increased with very low ROI: Most of our employees work remotely and many enjoy the flexibility of working around their own schedules. Meeting deadlines is a must for any company, not just PreScouter. Again, as a scholar, you are free to accept or decline any project offer. How you exercise this option is totally up to you. 3. You will be earning peanuts, unless if you are the 1% who work with very good managers: PreScouter has grown its employee count by over 30% in 2021, with nearly all new hires being scholars getting promoted to full-time positions as a result of their stellar performance. Scholars join our network for real, hands-on industry experience - experience that opens the door to industry-based jobs outside of academia. So, we like to think they earn a lot more than just peanuts! 4. Unreasonable working hours if your manager is constantly pandering to and encouraging unreasonable client demands (which is quite typical for 90% of managers): Deadlines are specified before committing to any project.
