You'll only be "blacklisted" for complaining about harassment. High turnover rate because there are no respects from leadership. And there are no future in the company unless you suck up to certain people. Super low pay - way below market.

Opportunity to work on multidisciplinary projects. A company that care about its customers and employees. Despite being a consultant company, not layoffs during Covid. Excellent benefits including pension and vacation.
