Remote work from home, which offers flexibility.
Desventajas
Not really walking the talk, no DEIB for their own employees, they don't practice what they preach, no yearly salary increases considering inflation, no medical leaves, and even if they say you get sick days, you really don't - you have to keep working when you feel awful. You get unlimited PTO but no one really cover you, so then you rather not take time off because when you're back it's impossible to manage. They keep laying off team members and expect the ones remaining to take on all the work with no increase in pay. There is no interest in making the work easier for their employees, just squeeze out the energy out of them and burn them out. Maybe the plan is to sell the company because the outlook isn't very positive.
