As the in-house videographer and photographer, I've had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of creative projects that help showcase our machines and company culture. It’s a great environment for anyone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do.

Like any manufacturing environment, there are occasional challenges with tight deadlines or adapting to last-minute project changes, but that’s part of the creative process—and I’ve found those situations to be manageable thanks to the strong support from my team.

I've had a very positive experience working at Polypack. The company provides a great workspace, and the environment is one where you feel genuinely supported. Management is a real standout here; they actively listen to employees' concerns and ideas, which makes you feel valued. Most importantly, I've been incredibly impressed with their understanding and flexibility regarding health issues. They have shown that they truly care about their employees' well-being, not just as workers but as people. It's refreshing to work for a company that treats you with respect and compassion.

It's difficult to think of significant downsides. If anything, perhaps there could be more company-wide social events to help build on the already positive atmosphere. However, this is a minor point, as the day-to-day environment is excellent.
