None I can think of now

Desventajas

Our company got acquired by this company. My team was the best performing team. But I still got fired. My only impression is that the management team have no soul. Gave best part of my life to developing the product. After which they acquired the company I worked in. My team still performed better than the rest of the company. But they still fired me while not giving a good reason. I feel like the management team have no soul. I still wake up with regrets for sacrificing so much of my youth.

Ventajas

Working here was good at one point

Desventajas

Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
