      - Decent training. The company is commited to training its staff in the right technical areas.

      Desventajas

      - The biggest boys club culture... I thought I was at a cricket/footy club - Senior accountants need to be taught how to effectively manage projects and coach junior staff - Junior staff can expect to staple and do printing for the first few months.

      Very toxic culture with favouritism. Managers and partners don’t really care about all employees receiving the same opportunities.
