Ventajas

Small company You get to basically meet everyone in one go, no one is hiding in offices, you can pretty much speak with the CEO and other directors at any point

Desventajas

Like any startup, its hectic, theres not a clear sense of direction. Pay is low. Communication was awful. Initially told it was remote just to be expected to come in 3 times a week. Directors and CEO have power trips sometimes. Weirdly surveillanced because they don't tell you off the bat that theyre all family (no really they're all related to each other so you always have eyes on you). Their pharmacy staff is stretched thin, its just outbound calls for days and days on end. They promise growth and exposure but never actually deliver it.

no organization, no room to grow, high volume of orders/requests,
