The most incompetent management I've EVER worked for. No benefits. No direct deposit. No parking. Employees are sometimes robbed walking to cars. Employees steal from each other. No consistency in management, in less than 1 year we lost over 60 employees, and 11 managers! No wage increases - constant wage by position. No breaks. Kitchen is soooo dirty! Bartenders are required to serve tables, because they don't make enough money otherwise. Management will openly treat you bad if they don't like you - ex. 3 table section for 1 server, while 1 has an entire room (10 tables). Nobody can get hours. Business is hit or miss based on The Pageant shows. If you bring up an issue with management, don't expect them to adhere to the "Open Door Policy". Management will change your schedule over 48 hours after it's posted to add you to work a holiday, and write you up if you can't make it. If you tell them 2 weeks in advance you're going on vacation out of the country, you can expect to still be scheduled and are expected to call people and ask them to cover it. Schedules are made the Wednesday before the next week starts. Work hours are between 10-11, give or take, meaning you'll be there all day and all the time if you manage to get enough hours to pay your bills. THERE IS NO HR DEPARTMENT. If you've been sexually harassed, just call a lawyer. If an employee has a complaint, they can take it up with the "contact form on the Pi website" and never hear back from anyone. This place is such a joke! I'll bet anything this place will shut down.
