Management that genuinely cares about their team. Generous pay with uncapped commission structure. Focus on positive performance, improvement and an inclusive culture/environment. Ability to work remotely where appropriate.

Desventajas

Culture can be difficult to maintain when remote, however mitigated by online meetings and virtual team events.

Amazing work/life balance, real growth opportunities, entrepreneurial leaders and peers, genuine interest in clean energy, good PTO, Renewables and Clean Tech is a strong, growing industry.

Desventajas

Working here has a start up feel to it, which isn't a con for me - I personally love being flexible and getting creative with solutions, but some people may like having a more formal approach to work.
