Some great team members , pay is good,

Bullying left to go ahead , no training plan for new starters , long probation unless your face fits , new rules plucked out of thin air when they feel like it if they want to disagree with something you want, pay is good but workload is high , stock management is poor and managed by someone with no idea about medications , management team dont give a damn about anything never see them unless you are going to possibly lose them money, if your not wanted in the team it is made very obvious.

Really interesting work environment. Always learning new things. Opportunity to grow all the time. Management helping with any issues. Really great colleagues and team working together during busy times.

Very busy, Always lots to do. Open 7 days each week.
