Perfect company for mothers and those who love to take leave. Great medical benefits and course funds. Very vibrant energy in the office and it is a great place to learn and grow. The company is always open to explore greater opportunities in digital marketing.
Desventajas
Tends to hire fresh grads to reduce head count cost. Has a bit of bootlicking culture which makes it hard for non-bootlickers to progress. Can get too clique-ish. Management may sometimes be too much like salemen making it hard to manage client expectations. Team leads are women and basic conversation can sometimes involve a lot of negative emotions. Appraisals can sometimes see no progress. Don't expect any bonuses or financial remunerations. Just plain old basic pay.
