Ventajas

- If you are starting as an executive, it is a great way to learn and get exposure to big brands, media owners and training. - The majority of the team are social and willing to help new team members - You have the ability to build relationships with key media owners - The current location is great – but they are moving to White City early next year.

Desventajas

- There is no flexible working (even though they sell it as a benefit of the agency it doesn’t apply to Performics). - There is a constant stream of passive aggressive and pointless emails that are sent by senior leadership team (BDs and head of department). - Everyone is seen as replaceable – The team (account directors and below) are not valued - everyone is unappreciated and replaceable, strong talent in these lower levels are constantly leaving but BDs and heads of department don’t do anything about it as they think they have a world class product. - There is a lack of trust from senior leadership toward the rest of the team. There is a massive blame culture, and if you aren’t in the senior leadership team, assume you’ll never be right. - The pointless day to day emails. Rather than it being a media agency, you might start to think you are back at school. Out of all the Publics Groupe agencies, Performics has the worst reputation for how the team are treated. - Whole teams are completely changing as a number of strong team members are leaving and they are not able to replace them. - The Biddable Director level will not change their ways, most have been in the agency for too long and do not support the teams they are meant to lead. - Due to agency politics and trading deals that they are put in place, not all media buys are done in the interests of the client, and while some clients can be complex it’s not good enough. - What most BDs and the heads of department do on a day to day is unknown – they have very little impact on the actual teams apart from being told we’re not good enough and sending emails of what you can’t do - Pay rises and promotions are not earned on merit – there is a lot of favouritism and if you do get a promotion, don’t expect to be paid what you should be.

Ventajas

The people, the clients and the work were amazing during my decade-long tenure

Desventajas

They underwent a consolidation a few years back. Not sure what their growth is looking like these days, but I still know a few colleagues who are still working there and loving it.
