Good for programmers. Stepping stone platform.

Bad for medium to long term tenure. No increments and lots of anticipation. Very bad for tech_support role, no growth and lots of anticipation. You will spend 3 years and wonder where have you arrived. If you don't have a job you can apply but do not expect salary increment or promotion (but they will always make it look like you are going to get it and will make you push harder). Better leave after 1 year!

Amazing environment. Executives are always open to hearing suggestions for improvement and new ideas. PeopleKey is a professional environment that still allows time for humour and interpersonal connections, which is rare.
