Desventajas

Show's little respect for their employees. Unorganised and understaffed in vital day to day roles at the bottom of the business. Various buyouts and name changes mean important records and documents have been lost.

Depending on the team you join, there are *some* lovely people!

Desventajas

- Poor salary - No respect for employees. - Unorganised mess. - Poor leadership. - No communication from top tier management. - Any benefit or award scheme is used is a con. If you get to a point where you are in line for a benefit, a communication is passed from a director level letting you know that the scheme has been changed. - No point trying to raise an complaint with HR, as they don’t want to communicate with company employees. - No training. - No career progression.
