Ventajas

Fast paced - too much for some maybe - however very accelerated achievement and delivery of tasks / projects / initiatives which is great for high achievers. Great team - everyone pushes together and many internal initiatives are cross-functional . You can always rely on anyone from anyone function to add context, support etc. Accelerated career growth and progression however you need to be willing to build context quickly and be out of your comfort zone at times. Very ambitious which means you get stimulating work, whether thats working on new releases, Ai or expanding into new locations.

Desventajas

Its a demanding environment and very dynamic with high expectations, which may not be aligned to everyones wants. Things change quickly - so you have to be content with multiple priorities and somethings hitting completeness and others not.

-Lots of growth opportunities -Product is a need not a nice to have -A lot of innovation on the product side

Desventajas

-Quotas have increases by 25% across the company -Start up environment isn't for everyone but if you want to put in the work you will be rewarded
