Ventajas

It started as a good job, with a small team that would listen to the employees.

Desventajas

* They lie and promise contracts/money/or anything just to hold you and squeeze the most of you. Then they use your projects and just do not follow anything they promised. * They have a really strong legal team that tries to scare any possible protest. And believe me, every agreement it thoroughly thought to not to pay you anything. * DO NOT, believe the good reviews as I was part of the team that would do damage control by lying on Google, Glassdoor, TrustPilot, etc - all that for an extra monthly bonus. Despicable. * I'm not yet out of the company as I'm doing my best to gather documentation within the team, we are planning to present a collective class action.

Ventajas

Parcel2Go is an ideal workplace for customer service representatives, offering a supportive environment where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, and the structured processes make it easier to handle different types of customer concerns effectively. Management is very understanding and promotes a healthy work-life balance, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The company also ensures that employees are equipped to perform efficiently by providing essential tools such as power supply support, solar panels, monitors, and sometimes even laptops. Additionally, they are fair and generous when it comes to incentives and leave, which further adds to overall job satisfaction.

Desventajas

While the job itself is rewarding, the main drawback has been the lack of employee benefits. However, we’ve been informed that this is already confirmed and currently being worked on, including the addition of PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and HMO. This is a very positive development, as these benefits are essential for long-term security and overall employee well-being.

Ventajas

This company knows how to take care of their employees. Listens well, understoods well and acknowledged all the employees' needs. If there are instances that there are struggles, they really ask for what help are needed to make sure resolution will be provided instantly. Aside from that, they really maintain the work-life-balance. We wok remotely but they made sure that every now and then, there would be events happening to make sure all employees will have some time and some fun out of work hours. ❤

Desventajas

None so far since I've started working with them.
