Great respite services, for employees the training is done through them and little if no cost to you. Really helpful for someone on a tight budget.

It depends on the clients you receive but I have not encountered any challenges.

The only other positive reason for working at Paragon aside from helping the individuals receiving services is that you get a Christmas bonus. Paragon has two locations to date, Wyandotte and Garden City Michigan. My experience is with both locations.

Employees are paid two times per month and this is not on a bi-weekly bases, sometime 16 to 17 days from the last pay date. At times employees are only paid 1 time in a month based on how many days are in that month. Pay rate is low and dependent on experience/Training. Provider and management teams do not follow their own company policies until they are reprimanding their staff, this is to make terminations look more valid.
