Ventajas

Management is really caring and generally tries to get you the best tools to do your job. The company culture is extremely nice, and the workplace environment is good. Work is typically meaningful, but benefits and time off are also highly respected.

Desventajas

Hard to come up with Cons! A potential con is that the business is evolving/growing very fast right now, so the processes are not stable. This is to be expected for a startup though.

Ventajas

Good people. A good product. That's about it.

Desventajas

PandaDoc treats people like expendable cogs. They expect each individual to take on the responsibilities of 6 different roles. There is no work/life balance. Employees don't feel like they can take time off because the workload is so intense. Leadership expects AI to solve everything with no real plan or strategy on how to scale AI usage. Each week is a sprint to get projects done amidst ridiculous deadlines. There is no defined product roadmap, so everyone is flying blind as priorities constantly shift. Leadership is never held accountable. All in all, this is an incredibly toxic work environment. If you're a recent college grad, this is a good place for you. Anyone tenured, experienced, etc. avoid this company at all costs.
