Ventajas
Great atmosphere and menu. Good support as far as training and menu knowledge. Decent pay if you’re younger. Decent pay for restaurant but no pm shift and tough to work another pm shift if sometimes you’re out after 4.
Desventajas
Worst server station area you can get if you’re the server. For the customer this place is designed very well but for the staff extremely tight squeeze for drinks, bread, jam. All the set up and take down and cleaning done by servers. If your tables are from 8-3pm you’re there 7-4:30
During summer the uniform was still jeans and a heavy cotton tee that everyone sweat through as fans aren’t enough outdoors in FL. Summer shifts are brutal and I’m sure winter is best time to be there.
