Immediate experience working on well-known brands/clients; professional development; company invests heavily in people (training, conferences, benefits); career development for those that put their head down and work hard; higher management and senior leaders truly care about the people and encourage work/life balance; those who are self-motivated will excel; leaders have autonomy to manage their team/people; company will invest in unique learning opportunities such as certifications/offsite training

Desventajas

Some consider pep a starting point/launching pad for a career in marketing project management but it's quite the opposite. Many of us are an example that you can build a career here if you surround yourself with the right people and opportunities and more importantly - always have the right attitude. Positivity and hard work are key for success at pep.
