Ventajas
PDQ has amazing benefits! We are one of very few companies who currently enjoy a four day work week. The people are great! The leadership here represents what is, in my opinion, the epitome of what good leaders should be. I genuinely feel like the people here are concerned about me and my life rather than being only concerned with the value I can bring to the company. Which I really appreciate. Also, the relaxation room is amazing. and the snack room could almost qualify as a grocery store.
Desventajas
I personally can't think of any cons. For what I'm looking for at my current stage of life, PDQ has checked all the boxes.
