Ventajas

A long time member of management is no longer with the organization. For the first time in a decade, the clerks on the first floor can breathe a sigh of relief, focus on library customers, and enjoy a work environment that has significantly improved.

Desventajas

It is still hard to move up. They have created redundant manager positions to help with this, but now there are too many managers.

Ventajas

Welcoming group of co-workers who desire to be of service to patrons. A lot of classes, free events and some social workers for the community. EAP benefits and single person health insurance is good.

Desventajas

Management structure is top-heavy & diversity and inclusion is good but could be better. Seems like they are actively working on this. Could have better health benefits for family & dependents.
