Ventajas

Most people are very nice and supportive. Office pumps employees up for the day. Great skills and positivity can be learned.

Desventajas

Office politics, commission based. They will not fire a person involved with sexual harassment. Realistic people are seen as negative. No steady income. Huge turnover, new hires every week or two. Contradictive ideas. $10 for gas to drive to various locations like Palm springs or Moreno valley, Hemet..ect.Overheard management tell an employee that the job was easy, but not everyone can be successful.
