Ventajas

VP of sales a quality person with high integrity.

Desventajas

CEO is out of touch and has wildly unrealistic expectations. Terminated at least 1/2 of the sales force with no warning, no severance, NOTHING! Trying to get out of their obligation to reimburse reps for their mileage. Trying to use loopholes to NOT pay for quarterly bonuses that were EARNED! Horrible management. Did me a favor......

Great company to work for, the culture is great, the management is great, and Lorena is the best boss you can ever ask for, she is the best.

Desventajas

None. There is no cons whatsoever.

Ventajas

Lots of opportunity to grow in my role, ability to sell into all fifty states, great coworkers, fair compensation, management is great and I feel valued.

Desventajas

Start up environment so there is still a lot to figure out, lack of clear policies and processes across pharmacies, lack of appropriate software to operate efficiently, but these things are actively being addressed. Unrealistic growth expectations given the constraints of the pharmacies.
