Great learning experience Basic foundation of fronine care Long shifts = shorter days Decent Pay with OT Builds structure of what a hospital employee must adhere to

Desventajas

-Pay increases never occured regularly unless you hassled upper management - Staffing office will call you non stop because they are always short. - Staffing office workers and Human resource workers do not know how to effectively communicate - All upper management pass the blame -Unit managers have such nast attitudes and belittle indivduals and make accusations trying to get Patient care assistants lose their jobs.
