Ventajas
After several turbulent years of M&A processes, reorganization and management change, the company is moving in the right direction. Good strategy, new products and tech stack won the company some large projects and they likely will do (very) well in coming years despite (or due to) media advertizing market major changes. Plenty of talent and hard working people in the organization. Management showing good leadership and very transparent in direction (good communication). Energized work atmosphere (new products/projects). The company did well during covid, Adapted quickly to work from home and finished 2020 strongly. The company currently is quickly growing to accommodate new projects and roadmap. Tech-stack is great (new products) with good innovative initiatives. Pay terms are good with good bonus plan. Investment in employees training and career is significantly improving.
Desventajas
Global organization with many remote teams in different time zones. Maintaining life/work balance can get tricky in some positions. Improving but still job stability/security is limited - Frequent organizational changes and position opening/cutting.
