Seriously there is no pros left here. Only few I see are work life balance may be little better that any other place and free biscuits and chips :)
Desventajas
Very funny to see some very good reviews coming soon after a bad review. These are coming from no one other than the managers. This tells the whole story about them and the company. They do not have any job other than pleasing their bosses. This company has purely become a "Yes Boss" company. All the managers in India work very hard all the day to please their boss sitting in NY and they do not care for their employees in Bangalore. No one happy working here. Most of the old employees have left the company and remaining few may be leaving soon. Most of employees are just waiting for the moment to say bye to this company. Life here is: work on some OO(story) assigned to you. Always say Yes Boss and work as directed by managers/Lead you will be happy here but there wont be any growth. No challenging/exciting work, no innovations, no freedom to do research and learn. Its just bonded labor type job. No career growth at all. No care/value for the employees. Managers are just busy to get the work done. They do not understand things and just talk too much which makes no sense at all to any one. Suggestion to aspiring joinees: do not go by this review or any other previous reviews they may be misguiding. So if you want to join this company get in touch with an existing employee over the FB/Linkdin and then decide.
