Great people and culture, terrible management/no hikes: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Software Engineer en Operative

No hikes for years, firing people every 6 months and promising they wont again, pay starts as competitive but dips below average due to no hikes for years and years. The upper management of the India wing is a nightmare, has no clue what they should be doing for their own sake and have no vision. Its a shame that such a good bunch of middle management and employees get sacked or stay constantly scared of getting axed due to the pathetic performance and no direction of upper management.
