*Everyone from the executives to senior managers are inept and are focused on furthering themselves. Not the business *If you flag issues with HR, they are swept under the rug. The environment is similar to other big bad tech. Think Uber and Travis Kalanick. *Senior managers in the US and Europe are arrogant and need to be replaced and let go *The company lacks innovation and any real strategy *There are countless stories of poor employer behavior. It is a PR nightmare. But it would make for entertaining reading

People are smart and really care about what they're doing, and they're excited to be here from the top to the bottom. * Very clear mission, vision, and focus of the company with alignment across key executive leaders * A high level of investment in the business and delivering best-in-class technology/solutions, and services for our clients

Desventajas

* Remote-first work can leave people in some markets feeling less connected, but it's a clear advantage to attracting killer female leaders with families * A more conservative marketing approach vs. the marketplace. OpenX requires us to back up our positioning, which sometimes feels inconsistent with the market. Where the general approach is market-first, build later.
