Additionally, you will be required to work night shifts, which means you need to be prepared to provide support in case of any incidents, even on holidays. When you're up for an upgrade, you will also have to work overnight to assist clients. Overall, this role is not recommended for freshers. Furthermore, it is important to note that you will likely have little to no involvement with coding tasks.
