Desventajas
This organization is the worst I have ever worked with in my entire career. They try to take advantage of your situation and offer you less salary than what you have been getting with your previous organization. If someone is in a dire strait with having lost a job, they will offer you less pay and force you to accept whatever they offer and put you in difficult situation. No growth with disgusting salary increments. Even after working for 6 years, you cannot reach the salary what you have been getting with previous employer. So you can imagine what salary increments they must be giving. It is 500 to 1000 rupees increment per month. Supposed to be IT company with such crappy increments. They take advantage of the prevailing situation and will give reasons for not giving the yearly increments and bonus payouts. They never paid bonuses during covid and no increments were given. I highly disapprove seeking employment in this particular organization. If you are a fresher, then you can take up a job there and leave after gaining certain experience but not recommended to continue for long to have a successful career ahead. Its not worth giving even 1 star rating for this sub standard organization with such unworthy work practices. It is an organization which follows dictatorship policies and principles and try to show off that we are a good and equal opportunity employer but the fact is, everything is dictated by the UK head office and here everyone just follows whatever is passed on from there.
