Ventajas

Colleagues are very nice and try really hard to make things work for customers

Desventajas

Management are appalling - middle management are unskilled at managing teams and have no influence on decisions. Top management own the company - are concerned only with sales - feedback is totally ignored - the HR team are company owners so there's no benefit in logging a grievance. There is zero motivation in the office so you work around people who all hate their job so staff turnover is very high. Work/life balance is poor - you travel internationally in economy class and are given no time back in lieu when going on weekends / bank holidays with no concern on family life and impact. There are zero staff socials. The product is very poor - so you are put in difficult situation with customers constantly when the software doesn't work. Any role regardless of job title you spend most of the time doing QA or testing / logging bugs rather than you job role.
