Ventajas

- Like most startups, they wanted to do good at the beginning, to care about their clients and employees, you can tell by the work environment, team events, and vacation and sick leave policies. - For entry-level, though stressful, you can gain some experience by learning to help some clients. - HR and office managers are supportive.

Desventajas

- Like many startups, lack of effective middle management, the boss's opinion is the only opinion that matters, team leads got kicked out for disagreeing. The upper management tries to do micromanagement in the areas where they don't really have professional knowledge, which leads to low efficiency and conflicts. - Decreasing interests in employees' personal growth
