Ventajas
Directors- Ones I have met and dealt with are great Managers- Ones I have met with and dealt with are great, My manager was great and took a real interest in my overall wellbeing. Support Engineers- Are absolutely phenomenal. They are all supportive and work to improve the team overall. Some HR is great, (Payroll is full of incompetent idiots) Health Benefits, neat little online Consult+ app(In Canada)
Desventajas
Layoffs (or WFR as they call them) every year. Working with outsourced engineers to make up for lost body count. The outsourced engineers are pretty much warm bodies sitting in chairs responding to emails and not getting any cases closed. Patrick Nichols sits on the board for the company that One Identity was told to use for the outsourced engineers. Pay increases, they do not even come close to cost of living increases. Even after a WFR where case loads increased. I was chatting with people still there and they are working longer hours, doing more, My Manager is at the edge and about to snap and just quit. Pay is way below the average. (by about 20% and Management doesnt listen to this) they just state that HR provides the pay bands based off of surveys. Well, the surveys are wrong or they are just seeing what they want to see. My Pay was repeatedly screwed up, missed paydays, late pays, missed on-call, you name it. Anyone above Director has no clue, none whatsoever with the day to day tasks of the employees. They continue to push and push and push the employees until they break. Sales- They are by far the most inept mouth breathers I have ever met. They have no clue about the products and the requirements. Ra-Ra sales centric town halls. We get it, they need to have their gentle egos caressed or they crumble. The support org is run down, tired and beaten. Customers state support has gone downhill, probably because they are being whipped like a rented mule.
